We accept returns on all items which are defective. Return shipping costs or replacements for defective items is covered by us within North America.
What is a defective product?
Defective products can be things like yarn with colour spots which should not be there and accidentally made it past our very picky inspector. Essentially, anything that is broken or not functional.
Yarn which you have ordered with the hopes of its colourway matching a previous order are not applicable for free returns. Naturally dyed yarns are very hard to replicate perfectly and dye lots will vary - please be sure to order enough yarn for your project. Thank you for understanding.
We’re more than happy to exchange items within 4 weeks of purchase. An exchange may be for shop credit or for items currently in our shop. The item you are returning must be unused and in new condition. Shipping for exchanged items is the responsibility of the customer.
